What is a Fitness Boot Camp?

  • A group based physical training session conducted by exercise professionals.

  • They help push people a little further than they would normally push themselves in the gym alone.

What to expect? 

  • You will work within your own capability.

  • Sessions commence with dynamic stretching and jogging.

  • Followed by a wide variety of interval training, body weight exercises like squats, jumping and core exercises. 

  • Some sessions may include lifting small weights/objects. 

  • Sessions will finish with a cool down and stretch. 

When and where?

  • When: Monday 6.30-7.30 pm, Wednesday 12-1 pm, Thursday 6-7 am

  • Where: Glebelands Recreation Ground, Ninelands Ln, Garforth, Leeds LS25 1NT

What is the cost?

  • 6 Week Block

    • Adults (1 session per week £39/ 2 sessions per week £72/ 3 sessions per week £99)

    • 16-18 yrs (1 session per week £36/ 2 sessions per week £66/ 3 sessions per week £90)

    • Adults with a suitably aged/able child under 16 yrs (1 session per week £63/ 2 sessions per week £93/ 3 sessions per week £117

What do I need to bring?

  • You need to wear suitable clothing and footwear for exercising. 

  • Please bring water and any necessary medication required for exercise.
