MEET THE TEAM
Paul Cooke
Lead Physiotherapist and Practice Owner

Our lead physiotherapist Paul, qualified in 2007 from Nottingham University with a degree in physiotherapy.
Prior to this Paul gained qualifications in sports massage and personal training as well as a degree in Human Biology.
​
Paul worked within the NHS covering varying specialities for 5 years before he secured a senior position as a Specialist Children's Physiotherapist where he worked until August 2016. As well as working in the NHS Paul also worked for a number of years at a busy private practice in an exclusive health club.
​
Working in two different environments has been immensely valuable to him, not only developing a deep knowledge of many injuries and conditions affecting all ages, but also a repertoire of treatment ideas to aid recovery.
​
As someone who enjoys keeping himself fit and taking part in various sports and challenges, he has personal experience of injury and the rehab process, therefore can empathise with his patients. Consequently Paul specialises in end-stage-rehab, pushing his patients back to, and beyond their previous levels of function and achievement.

Our physiotherapy Garforth clinic is set up in Garforth Leisure Centre. Out of this clinic we provide a variety of services. Other than general physio, these services also include children's physiotherapy and sports massage.
