ONLINE Physiotherapy

When you are in a remote location, or simply struggling for time, an online physio consultation in the comfort of your own home or work location will help.

 

What to expect:

Your physiotherapist will complete a thorough medical history assessment and ask questions about your injury.  We will ask you to complete certain movements allowing us to make a diagnosis.  You will then be taught specific exercises to be completed at home, we will ensure that you are confident to carry them out successfully.

 

At the end of your appointment we will discuss the plan for your ongoing management and e-mail your tailored exercise programme.  You will also have access to email contact throughout your treatment for any questions that may arise.  Be rest assured, if we feel that you need to see a Physiotherapist or Doctor 'in person', we will assist you accordingly.

At 3RPhysiotherapy we utilise an integrated Telehealth system delivered by our online booking portal Power Diary.  It is end-to-end encrypted meaning your communication with our computer is secure and GDPR compliant.  There are no third parties involved.

 

3RPhysiotherapy will send you a specific link/key generated by the Telehealth system via email or SMS.  There are no requirements to download any additional programmes or complete further logins. Any device with internet connection and that supports a microphone and camera can be used, thus permitting use of smart phones and tablets.
