You don’t have to be super-fit to join our Boot Camp classes. After all, the aim of our classes is to improve your fitness and make you feel great. Whatever your current level of fitness is, our sessions are designed to push you and take you out of your comfort zone, yet still be achievable.

Proper Form & Technique

At the beginning of each Boot Camp class, we make sure to warm up with dynamic stretches and some jogging or walking, to ensure that the body is ready to workout, and to help minimise the risk of injury.

We also put a lot of focus on proper form and technique during our classes. Think of it as quality over quantity. Not only does this further minimise the risk of injury, but you won’t get the most out of Boot Camp if you’re not performing the exercises correctly.

A Mix of Light Weights & Bodyweight Exercises

A Boot Camp class is a HIIT (high-intensity interval training) workout that involves bursts of intense activity, followed by short rests or lighter activity. Classes will

incorporate bodyweight exercises, cardio, light weights, and drills.

If it’s Raining, We’re Still Training

Boot Camp fitness goes ahead whatever the weather. The aim of our classes is to push yourself, and what better way to challenge yourself than to push through the cold, wet, and windy climate of Great Britain.

Mental Boost

Classes end with a cool down and more stretches to help the body to relax after intense activity. You’ll leave our Boot Camp class feeling strong, confident, and energised.
