SPORTS MASSAGE - 30 MINUTES

Service Description

These sessions are great because the sports massage service is a combination of deep tissue massage with stretching. Ideal for both the athlete or those who develop postural muscle problems, for example; from sitting at a desk for long periods of time. Sports massage is also appropriate for the younger athlete who may start to experience for example; muscle soreness and tightness or repetitive aches. (8+ years old). We can provide sessions at our Garforth Leisure Centre clinic, Moor Allerton Golf Club clinic or we can visit YOU in your own home, prices will vary. When booking, please specify which location you want to be seen at.
